Melvin Lunn – Managing Director
Melvin Lunn is co-founder and managing director of Lujo Investments Worldwide, a global property investment company based in the UK.
Melvin became interested in the industry at an early age by accompanying his father and grandfather to property auctions around the country and they taught him how to build successful property portfolios.
Although he trained at the Dorchester Hotel in London’s Park Lane and became a Master Chef, he still harboured a desire to work in the property sector.
Finally, his dream came true when he was able to take advantage of a fantastic opportunity to live in southern Spain and join the largest and most prestigious international property company on the Costa del Sol.
Melvin lived and worked in Spain for over 12 years winning several property industry awards, including the coveted Award for Excellence for Outstanding Service, before returning to the UK.
He used his wealth of experience and knowledge gained during more than 20 years in the industry to create Lujo Investments with the aim of helping others to achieve success in property ownership.
Such is Melvin’s reputation within the property sector, his company was honoured with immediate membership of the Association of International Property Professionals.
